The molded parts have a high degree of complex geometry and molded accuracy of located molded features.

In PUR processing at Thieme, cost-effective aluminium tooling with a short build time are used. These aluminium molds are also very easy to recycle.
Prior to PUR processing, we begin with the initial project engineering meeting. This is followed by the product development phase and the design work. After this is complete, production of molded parts begin and is followed by assembly and delivery of articles ranging from individual parts to complete assembled systems. This can also include the procurement of structural inserts, components and ready to assemble devices used directly in the facilities of the customers.
