 There are
many different types of plastic. At Thieme parts made of polyurethane
are produced.
To manufacture parts made of polyurethane, two fluid components,
polyolefin and isocyanides are brought together. Both components harden
in an exothermal reaction inside the mold.
Polyurethane molded parts at Thieme means parts of up to 6mē projected
surface area and weights between 500 g. and 100 kg.
To produce high quality polyurethane molded parts, the customer is
supported from the first project meeting to series production including
final assembly and logistics by Thieme. Our customers can count on more
than 30 years of experience and over 4000 different customer-specific
applications.
